In ancient times an long lost civilization flourished. They built an intellegent machine that turned agianst them. Kingranger banished the machine. In modern times the Machine returned with a whole empire.

Scientists were able to uncover the power of the lost civiliaztion. They used this power to allow five military officers to become the Ohranger. They used powerful mecha to fight the machines, who wanted to destory mankind.

The child like KingRanger later remerged to aid the OhRanger. Together the OhRanger were able to defeat the machines.
